Property Maintenance

The Buildings & Grounds Department has responsibility for maintenance of all town buildings and fields, parks, etc.  This includes properties such as the cemeteries, swim areas, etc., but does not include school facilities.

The director of this department is A.J. Cain who has worked for the Town since 1992.  A.J. is also assisted by some very capable individuals including Gary Bowman, Nick Cain, Nathan Wright, and Eric Roberts.

This town department is headquartered at the garage/maintenance building on Old Belgrade Road across from Lakeview Cemetery.
